Processing of personal data
- You hereby grant your consent to RP Design s.r.o., with registered office at Opletalova 92, 563 01 Lanškroun, ID: 17138973, (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) processed the following personal data: name, surname, telephone and email
- Name, surname, telephone and e-mail can be processed based on your consent and must be processed for the purpose of sending commercial messages. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 5 years.
- You give your explicit consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to r.polach@rpdesign.cz or a letter to the contact details of RP Design s.r.o., Opletalova 92, 563 01 Lanškroun
- Please note that according to the Regulation you have the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time,
- request information from us about what personal data we process, request a copy of this data,
- request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
- request us to delete this personal data,
- on data portability,
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court.
